Banks Development is owned and run by brothers — Scott and Michael Banks.  We personally manage each project. We are chosen by home owners and leading architects for our hands on approach. We believe in keeping both our company and number of projects small, thus affording control and commitment to each project. This ensures that every detail is studied — a requirement in constructing a premium home. We are third generation builders, bringing together the skills of high quality craftsmanship, progressive building knowledge and a high level of business professionalism.

Finally,  we are easy to work with — arranging meetings to best meet homeowner  and architect schedules, providing prompt personal attention, and being available for callbacks long after projects are completed are all part of Banks Developments’ commitment to its clients.
